What does status mean?
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Application has been received and awaiting staff review, either due to incompleteness or a hold |
| Staff Review | Application is complete, in review by staff, but not yet ready for board action |
| PZ Review (or BOA, RZA) | Preparing for review by an advisory board, including consideration and public hearings |
| BCC Review | Preparing for review by City Commission, including consideration and public hearings |
| Awaiting Final | Approved by City Commission and awaiting final documents from applicant |
| Finalization | Staff review and signatures of final documents for recording or publication |
| Flagged | Hold from normal procedures until cleared by project Planner or Planning Manager |
| In Review (Site plan only) | Site plan is in review by staff for the first round |
| Revise and Resubmit (Site plan only) | Site plan has received comments from staff and is in subsequent rounds of review |
