A Better Choices, Better Health workshop will help you manage your health in a way that helps you get life back to the way it should be. Workshops are no charge and are recommended for patients with diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, cancer, lung disease, high blood pressure, MS, depression, any chronic health condition, or who are overweight.
