Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Mitzel Builders, Inc., for the annexation of Lots 10-12, Block 1; Lots 11-18, Block 4; Lots 1-7, Block 5 and Lots 1-4, Block 6, Horizon Heights Fifth Addition.
• Request of Westphal Holding/George Westphal, for approval of a zoning change from the RT-Residential zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district for Lot 1, Block 1, Meadow Lark Hill Second Addition Replat. The property is located between the Dakota Collectibles building and Divide Avenue, and will utilize the existing access on Schafer Street
At these public hearings, the Board of City Commissioners will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items. Interested persons may also submit written comments regarding these requests prior to the meeting to the Community Development Department, PO Box 5503, Bismarck, North Dakota 58506-5503, fax: 701- 222-6450, or e-mail - cobplan@nd.gov.
