The Bismarck -Mandan MPO adopted the 2025 Safety Policy Study Leadership Commitment Resolution of Adoption at their regular meeting on December 16, 2025, to eliminate traffic fatalities and life-changing injuries on the regional transportation network with the goal to reduce annual traffic fatalities and life-changing injuries by fifty percent, to 35 fatal and life-changing injury crashes or fewer by 2050. We strive to work collectively towards the shared vision of zero roadway deaths and life-changing injuries.
