Due to traffic congestion at the Northern Plains Commerce Centre sandbag site volunteers are asked to use the Bis-Man Transit buses which are being provided free of charge. Volunteers should meet in the SE corner parking lot (JC Penny wing). Buses will run every 30 minutes.
