On Monday, June 30, 2025, East Avenue C will be closed between 9th Street and 16th Street for street reconstruction. The closure is planned to last about two weeks. The detour route for eastbound traffic will be north on 9th Street, east on Boulevard Avenue, and south on 16th Street. The detour route for westbound traffic will be south on 16th Street, west on Rosser Avenue, and north on 9th Street.
