Dear Residents,
We would like to provide an update on the progress of the ongoing reconstruction of East Century Avenue.
Temporary Roadway
The temporary gravel roadway is expected to remain in place until approximately mid-August. We remind all travelers, both drivers and pedestrians, to continue following all traffic control signage and remain alert while navigating the work zone.
Underground Utilities
With the majority of watermain installation completed, crews are now focused on the new storm sewer. This work is currently underway near Roosevelt Drive and is progressing eastward at a steady pace.
East Century Ave
All underground utility work from the western project limit to just past Stonewall Drive is now complete. Base rock has been placed up to Patriot Drive, and concrete operations will begin in this section in the coming days.
