The Bismarck Fire Department is proud to welcome home one of our own, Firefighter Lucas Krueger. Lucas will return to the BFD after a 14 month long deployment with the National Guard.
Lucas has always been a dedicated public servant, both in his role as a full-time firefighter and through his service to our country. Over the past year, Lucas answered the call of duty, demonstrating the same courage, commitment, and leadership that we see in him every day at the fire department.
Now, as Lucas transitions back to the firehouse and resumes his shifts, we are reminded of the sacrifices made by our service members and their families. We are grateful not only for his military service but also for the ongoing contributions he makes as part of our department.
