BISMARCK, N.D. – On Thursday, December 19th, Bismarck Firefighters will have deliver toys for children spending Christmas in the hospital.
“It’s that time of year again and the Bismarck Firefighters are excited to continue the thirteen-year tradition of delivering gifts to children who, due to illness, will be spending Christmas in the hospital this year,” said Battalion Chief Luke Teagle, of the Bismarck Fire Department. Christmas is a season of joy made even brighter by the simple act if helping others. In giving our time care, and kindness, we discover the true meaning of the holiday spirit.
The Bismarck Firefighters partnered with local businesses and organizations who provided generous support to help make it a little easier on the families, and to ensure that the children will receive presents this Christmas. The children’s gifts will be purchased with the funds donated by the following local businesses and citizens: Mojo 107.5 & Big Rig, Bismarck Eagles Club, Heidi Stein w/Bianco Reality, Hoerner Lawn Services LLC, McQuade Charities, Lucky's Bar, Broken Oar Bar, The Drink, Old 10 in Mandan, Lonesome Dove Saloon, Bravera Bank, 3C Construction, NuVation Health Services, C.H.
