The public is reminded to stay away from the dikes and levees that have been constructed in the city’s flood fight.
Problems are being experienced with people climbing and walking on dikes and levees. It is illegal to climb or walk on dikes and levees. It is also against the law to tamper with or damage dikes and levees in any manner.
The Bismarck Police Department will be patrolling dike areas and violators are subject to arrest.
