The City of Bismarck is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public
Accountants to audit its annual financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2023
and 2024, upon mutual agreement, to renew with one‐year options up to three years. The audit of
the City is to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. The City will
require a Single Audit in year of the engagement.
