Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021, 9th Street from East Avenue A through East Avenue D will be reduced to two lanes northbound and no parking. The two western most lanes will be closed for a water main reconstruction. Work should be completed by June 25, 2021.
Eastbound traffic at East Avenue C will be reduced to one lane. Westbound traffic will be detoured north at 10th Street to East Avenue D, then west on East Avenue D to 9th Street.
