Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural and the R5-Residential zoning districts to the R5-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-12, Block 1; Lots 1-11, Block 2; Lots 1-4, Block 3 and Lots 1-9, Block, 4, Eagle Crest Third Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
