Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, Bismarck Expressway will be restricted to one lane eastbound for through traffic from west of 7th Street to 9th Street for a lane widening. Traffic speeds are reduced to 25 mph. No detour route will be in place. Truck traffic is advised to use alternate routes. Traffic should be advised of congestion during peak traffic periods.
