BISMARCK, ND –Starting at 7:00 am on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, Rosser Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 1st Street and 2nd Street to install water main as part of the water main replacement project. The closure will be in place until the end of the day Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
Access to local traffic will be maintained.
