Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lot 13, Block 1 and Lot 13, Block 2, Jenning’s First Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
