Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, approved a resolution to vacate the Georgia Street right-of-way from the south line of Park Avenue to the north line of Frontier Street, adjacent to Lot 2, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Rues Third Subdivision and Lots 1-5, Block 1 and Lots 1-5, Block 2, Shamrock Industrial Park.
This resolution is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
