BISMARCK, ND –Starting 6:00 PM, Tuesday, June 16, 2020, Rosser Avenue will be closed to traffic at 9th Street. Basaraba Excavating will be working along the west curb line installing water main laying out pipe for the watermain replacement project.

The 9th Street traffic will be restricted to the east lane. 

Rosser Avenue should be reopened to traffic after midnight.

The detour route for this closure will be 9th Street to Avenue A to 8th Street for westbound traffic and 8th Street to Avenue A to 9th Street for eastbound traffic. 

Traffic is asked to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
