Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following items:
• Request of Lander Group for a Renaissance Zone designation for new construction of multi-family residential at 112-120 East Avenue and 506 to 510 North 2nd Street. The property is owned by 506 Properties, LLC and is legally described as Lots 4-6, Block 16, Northern Pacific Addition.
• Request of Lander Group for a Renaissance Zone designation for new construction of multi-family residential at 202-220 East Avenue A and 500 to 506 North 3rd Street. The property is owned by The Boutrous Group, LLP and is legally described as the South Half of Lot 4 through Lot 8, Block 15, Northern Pacific Addition.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on these items.
