Starting at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2019, the outside southbound lane of East Bismarck Expressway beginning at the South Ramp of I-94 to Main Avenue will be reduced to one lane south bound to street light replacements.
The closure will be in place until 5:00 p.m. weather permitting.
Congestion can be expected. Traffic is asked to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
