Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 23, 2019, Vermont Avenue will be closed to through traffic, from Airport Road to South 26th Street, for sewer connection midway between Airport Road and South 26th Street, near the railroad tracks.
The closure will be in place until the end of the day Wednesday, September 25, 2019, weather permitting.
Access to all local businesses will be maintained during the closure.
Congestion can be expected. Traffic is asked to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
