Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Choice Financial Group and Lutheran Social Services Housing for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the Conditional CA-Commercial zoning district for Auditor’s Lots A & B of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 33, T139N-R80W/City Lands and Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Replat of Calkins Addition. The property is located in north-central Bismarck, along the east side of State Street at the intersection with East Boulevard Avenue.
• Request of Sattler Family, LLLP for approval of a Future Land Use Plan amendment from the High Density Residential and Conservation designations to the Conservation and Commercial Mixed Use designations and a zoning change from the A – Agricultural zoning district to the A – Agricultural and CA – Commercial zoning districts for that portion of the W1/2 of Sections 19 & 30, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township lying south of the future alignment of an easterly extension of East Century Avenue. The property is located east of Bismarck, along the east side of 52nd Street NE and the north side of Interstate 94.
