[ARCHIVED] Burgum directs flags flown at half-staff to honor victims of Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks

Gov. Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff on Wed., and encouraged North Dakota residents to do the same, in honor of those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
