Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Evangel Assembly of God for approval of a zoning change from the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the RT-Residential zoning district on part of Lot 5, Block 1, Wachter’s North Addition and Lot 5, Block 1, Pebble Creek Sixth Addition. The property is located in north-central Bismarck, east of State Street/US Highway 83 between North 14th Street and North 19th Street.
• Request of the City of Bismarck Community Development Department – Planning Division for approval of an Historic Preservation Ordinance. The Historic Preservation Ordinance would establish an Historic Preservation Commission and allow the City of Bismarck to pursue becoming a Certified Local Government (CLG).
A description of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
