Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, East Avenue C from Raymond Street to 3rd Street will be closed to east/west traffic. The closure will be from the west approach of 3rd Street through the east approach of Raymond Street. North/south traffic will be maintained on 3rd Street and Washington Street.
Avenue C will be closed for paving operations on Avenue C.
Access for local residents will be maintained.
No on-street parking will be allowed during the closure.
No detour will be in place.
The closure will be in place until the end of the day Friday, October 5, 2018, weather permitting.
Congestion can be expected during peak hour traffic.
