Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, with the Community Development Department thereof, a petition to vacate the 20 feet adjacent to the southwest side of the north access point for
Lot 1, Block 1, Miriam Industrial Park Third Addition, which will reduce the length of the non-access line from 366.20 feet to 346.20 feet.
Notice is further given that the Board of City Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein:
