Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issue:
• Request of Tana Trotter/Proximal 50 for a Renaissance Zone lease project for the building at 122 North Mandan Street. The property is owned by Herman Eggers Revocable Living Trust and is legally described as Lots 1-6 and Lot 36, Block 30, Original Plat, and the vacated alley adjacent to said lots.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on this project.
