The
City of Bismarck is requesting comments about the housing and community
development needs of low and moderate income persons. The comments will be used
to develop the City’s 2017 Annual Action Plan and Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) application. The amount of funding is currently unknown, but it is
expected to be less than the $293,000 received in 2016. The City needs
suggestions on how to best use this funding.
It must be used for activities
that primarily benefit low and moderate income persons, alleviate slum &
blight, or address a condition that threatens life and health.
