Complaints have been signed against two Bismarck women in connection with an incident that occurred at Kirkwood Mall on February 21st.
Disorderly Conduct complaints have been signed against Champagne Bowen-Davis, 20, Bismarck and Donnalesha Davis, 31, Bismarck. Their arraignment is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on March 14th in Bismarck Municipal Court.
Two Bismarck juveniles girls, ages 14 and 16, have both been cited for Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass.
On February 21st at 4:23 p.m. Bismarck Police responded to Kirkwood Mall on a report of fight in progress involving multiple people. The incident was captured on video and has garnered widespread interest on social media.
The report is also being reviewed by the Burleigh County State’s Attorney’s office. Additional charges are pending.
