Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issues:
• Request of Jerry & Renae Doan for designation of the rehabilitation of the building at 711 East Sweet Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project. The property is owned by Jerry & Renae Doan and is legally described as the East 130 feet of Lots 1-6, Block 73, Original Plat.
• Request of the Bisman Community Food Cooperative for designation of the lease of space in the building at 711 East Sweet Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project. The property is owned by Jerry & Renae Doan and is legally described as the East 130 feet of Lots 1-6, Block 73, Original Plat.
• Request of Vold Tire Company, LLC for assistance from the CORE Technical Assistance Bank grant program for the building at 214 East Main Avenue. The property is owned by Vold Tire Company, LLC and is legally described as Lots 10-11, Block 52, Original Plat.
At these hearings, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on these projects.
