19th Street will remain closed to through traffic between 43rd Avenue and Skyline Boulevard until 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 26, 2015. The longer closure is to unforeseen soil conditions. The detour will remain in place.
Southbound traffic will be detoured west on Skyline Boulevard to State Street, then south on State Street to 43rd Avenue, and then east on 43rd Avenue to 19th Street.
Northbound traffic will be detoured west on 43rd Avenue to State Street, then north on State Street to Skyline Boulevard, and then east on Skyline Boulevard to 19th Street.
