Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, Capitol Avenue will be closed to traffic from State Street to Interchange Avenue to reconstruct Capitol Avenue. No detour will be in place.
The closure will be in place for 10 days, weather permitting.
Access to businesses and residences will be maintained.
Hardee's will be accessible from 13th Street.
Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
