[ARCHIVED] Bismarck Facility Needs Analysis

As part of its ongoing strategic planning efforts, the City retained Crossroads Consulting Services LLC (Crossroads), in conjunction with Convergence Design, to conduct a community facility needs analysis that assesses the current, unmet, and future needs related to meeting, event, and entertainment facilities in Bismarck. This study was meant to provide a holistic approach to assessing the City’s short and long-term needs relative to facilities.

The focus of the study effort was on future needs for the City relative to meeting, event, and entertainment facilities – not private, collegiate, scholastic or recreational facilities.

The report was received by the Bismarck City Commission at the June 9th City Commission meeting.

A summary of the results of the analysis is available in enclosed link.
