Starting on Monday, November 3, 2014, Bismarck Expressway will be restricted to one lane westbound and eastbound for through traffic from 12th Street to Airport Road for repair of a water main and valve replacement.
the water main repair and valve replacement will be 500 feet east of 12th Street. The lane restrictions are expected to be in place through Tuesday evening, weather permitting.
Traffic speeds will be reduced to 25 mph in the area where work is taking place.
No detour route will be in place.
Truck traffic is advised to use alternate routes.
Traffic should be advised of congestion during peak traffic periods.
