Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2014, Airway Avenue will be closed to traffic from the Airport Road Frontage Road to Sykes Street to install underground water and sewer utilities and to reconstruct parts of the roadway. No detour will be in place.
The closure will be in place for approximately two months, weather permitting.
Access to local businesses west of 26th Street will be maintained from Airport Road.
Access to Sykes Street will be maintained from the east off of Northern Plains Drive.
Traffic should seek alternate routes.
