Starting Immediately, Monday, August 18, 2014, 23rd Street will be closed to through traffic between Avenue D and Avenue E for installation of an irrigation line.
Access to local residents will be maintained.
No detour will be in place.
The closure will be in place until late afternoon on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, weather permitting.
Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
