Bismarck Police have identified the driver of the Pickup who struck a pedestrian at the North Wal-Mart location on July 1st, and then fled the scene. Charges are pending and the individual has not been arrested, therefore the name is not being released at this time.
The Police Department expresses its gratitude to those citizens who contacted the department with information pertaining to this incident, which ultimately led to identifying the suspect.
