The Bismarck Police Department will be holding a promotion ceremony for a new Lieutenant and a new Sergeant on Monday, March 3, at 3:30 p.m., at the Bismarck Police Department, 700 South Ninth Street.
The ceremony is being held to promote Cody Trom to the rank of Lieutenant, and Mark Gaddis to the rank of Sergeant. The public is invited.
