Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, approved an ordinance rezoning from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on the East 5 feet of Lot 7, Block 1, Sonnet Heights Subdivision 1st Replat.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
