Notice of Public Hearing on a Petition for Vacation of the 80-Foot Future Access Easement Located On Lots 5 & 6, Block 4, Apple Creek Industrial Park
Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of County Commissioners of Burleigh County, North Dakota, with the Community Development Department, thereof, a petition to vacate the 80-foot future access easement located on Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Apple Creek Industrial Park.
Notice is further given that the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 4, 2012, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein.
