Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, approved a resolution to vacate public right-of-way known as Frontier Drive from the eastern edge of the Republic Street right-of-way to the centerline of the vacated Georgia Street, adjacent to Lot 6, Block 3, Rue’s Subdivision and Lot 1, Block 1 and Lots 2-5, Block 6, Shamrock Industrial Park.
This resolution is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
