Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of the City of Bismarck for a zoning change from R10-Residential zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district on Lots 4-5, Block 6, Stonecrest Second Addition. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, less than 1/2 mile north of Century Avenue on the west side of Centennial Avenue.
• Request of the City of Bismarck for a zoning ordinance text amendment relating to Off-Street Parking Requirements. The proposed amendments would specify off-street vehicle stacking requirements for drive-through facilities for various types of uses.
• Request of the City of Bismarck for a zoning ordinance text amendment relating to
Stormwater Management (Title 14.1). The proposed amendments would modify various provisions of the ordinance, including the contents of a stormwater management plan, the approval process for stormwater management plans and stormwater permits and enforcement procedures.
At the public hearings, the Board of City Commissioners will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
