Starting on Thursday, August 18, 2011, Interstate Avenue west of State Street will be restricted to one lane of traffic in each direction.
Businesses along Interstate Avenue west of State Street will have access to the area from the intersection of Gateway Avenue and Interstate Avenue.
No traffic detour will be in place.
