Bismarck City Offices and the Landfill will be Closed there will be No Garbage Collection or Curbside Recycling Gold Route Collection on Monday, February 16th, 2026, in observance of the Presidents' Day Holiday.

- Monday, February 16th, No Garbage or Recycling Gold Route Collection.
- The Monday through Thursday routes will be delayed by one day all week. (Example: Monday’s route will be picked up Tuesday, Tuesday’s route will be picked up Wednesday, etc.).
- Garbage and Recycling must be set out by 6:00 a.m. on collection day and may be set out the evening before collection.
- Crews will not be dispatched to return to an address where items were not out in time for the initial collection.

- Open Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Holiday Week Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center Hours
- Closed on Monday, February 16th.
- Open Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Open Saturday, February 21st from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
