City of Bismarck will offer a free leaf collection (depending on the weather) for Bismarck Residents the weeks of October 20-23 and October 27-30.
o Leaves will be collected on the regular scheduled garbage day.
o Place leaves in garbage containers (not to exceed 32 gallons) or compostable paper bags.
o Place containers or bags at your normal collection point by 6:00 am on your regular scheduled garbage day.
o A separate truck will pick up the leaves and compost them.
o Leaves placed in Plastic Bags will NOT be collected.
