Starting on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, River Road will be reduced to one lane between Memorial Highway to 300-feet north of the Water Treatment Plant and will be controlled by a flagging operation. The flagging operation will be in place for a contractor to finish the roadway surface and install pavement markings. The flagging operation will last for approximately two days, weather permitting. During this time, drivers should expect delays. No detour will be in place. Thank you for your patience.
