Wednesday, August 14, 2024, as of 3:00 p.m., the 7th Street underpass is OPEN between Main Avenue and Front Avenue. Bismarck Expressway is also OPEN.
At this time, the only major street still closed for flooding is Airport Road just north of University Drive / ND 1804.
Some low-volume local streets still have closures. Those will be opened when conditions allow.
