Bis-Man Transit will be providing taxi service to volunteers working at the city’s open manned sandbag sites overnight.
• Sandbag Central North (Missouri Valley Fairgrounds, 3805 E. Bismarck Expressway) - Open 24 hours
• Sandbag Central South (1901 Northern Plains Drive) - Open 24 hours
• Sandbag Charlie (521 South 22nd Street) – CLOSED until 10:00 am Tuesday.
Buses will run until midnight, but from midnight to 6:00 am, volunteers needing a ride to or from sandbagging sites should call Taxi 9000 at 223-9000.
Rides are being provided at no cost to volunteers. Volunteers will be taken to the sandbag site where they are needed the most.
