Starting at 6:00 AM, Thursday, August 17, 2023, Rosser Avenue between 7th Street and 9th Street will be closed traffic. The forestry department will be in the area removing a large tree on Rosser Avenue.
The closure will be in place until noon Thursday.
No detour will be in place.
Access to business will be maintained.
