Onlookers are urged to stay out of the dike construction zone on South Washington Street, for their own safety, and for the safety of construction workers.
Crews are building a dike from the Wachter drainage ditch to Munich Drive, just off of South Washington Street. Washington Street is open to truck traffic ONLY while dikes are being built.
